Could it be that the addition of excitotoxic — brain damaging — amino acids to the daily diet of Americans has something to do with increases in autism, Alzheimer’s disease, macular degeneration and other glutamate-induced abnormalities that have mushroomed since 1957 when vast quantities of excitotoxic amino acids were first produced for use in processed food?
